Latest News

This Thursday, October 19th, at 6:30 PM, a public meeting about the Ariane Boulevard development project will be held at the Lino Ventura Theater

Since 2007, the Ariane neighborhood has been benefiting from an overall redevelopment operation. This program is divided into two phases.

Phase I, which is nearing completion, focuses on the Saint-Pierre block, around Emile Ripert, Anatole de Monzie, Jouhaux, and Chรขteau Saint-Pierre streets, and on the redevelopment of Gรฉnรฉral Saramito Street, Coteaux Street, and the Anatole France intersection.

Phase II primarily concerns the rehabilitation of social housing located in the area known as the Paillon, owned by Cรดte dโ€™Azur Habitat, and the improvement of the northern part of Ariane Boulevard.

The public is invited to discover the redevelopment proposals for the section of Ariane Boulevard situated between Ecoles Street and the Anatole France intersection, which includes pavement renovation, public lighting upgrades, and parking reorganization, as well as the development of public spaces like the Anatole France parking lot and the Mรฉnestrels forecourt.

This meeting will also be an opportunity to launch the public consultation, which will run until November 17th at the Project House and the Ariane annex of the Town Hall.
