We were astonished to learn that during his visit to Nice, the President of the Republic went to the Lycée des Palmiers without first inviting or even informing the Region, which owns and manages the buildings.
The launch of an election campaign cannot justify such behavior contrary to the most basic republican principles, especially from the Head of State, who is supposed to be the President of all French people.
