FNAIM 06, the powerful network of real estate agencies present in the Nice region, has unveiled the figures related to the market activity.
These figures confirm the trend of a market that, after having suffered for a few years due to the economic crisis, has regained its colors and is showing good health.
According to Frรฉdรฉric Pelou, the departmental president, who is typically pessimistic, this analysis does not suffer from an excess of optimism.

Comparing the third quarter of 2017 to 2016, prices show stability, or even a slight increase, at 4,380 euros from 4,271 euros per square meter.
More interestingly, the ratio concerning the time on the market: 136 days last year, 102 days this year, a sign of reassuring dynamism and a good omen.
Finally, the figure that brings a smile to the faces of industry professionals: the number of transactions has increased by 5%.
With fluctuations from one area to another, we see a positive sign in all the other towns in the department.
Without claiming victory, there is reason to be optimistic about the near future.
