Regional elections in PACA: The Socialist Party presents its agreement with the UDE

Latest News

The Socialist Party has formalized the agreement with the UDE, the new Union of Ecologists in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.

Christophe Madrolle, of Force Démocrate, one of the three components of the UDE, the new Union of Ecologists, will lead the departmental list in Bouches-du-Rhône.

Christophe Castaner also mentioned an agreement with the MRC, the Republican and Citizen Movement, the dialogue with the PRG, the Left Radical Party, and even the possibility of a union “with the Occitans.”

At the head of this brand new political movement in the department of Alpes-Maritimes, Nathalie Audin (a union and association leader with a socialist past) tells us more about this alliance: “to create a synergy among all progressive forces aware of the imperatives of development, the protection of individuals, and, more generally, the constraints and demands of the 21st century.”

And she continues: “We want to initiate the great common house desired by the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister for all progressive forces. We also want to change the operational methods of political parties, which no longer correspond to the way our fellow citizens wish to conceive politics.”
