Are you a voter in Nice and have you been removed from the electoral rolls? Here’s the procedure to follow in order to vote in the second round of the Nice municipal election. This procedure must be carried out in two steps.
Step One: Opening a file at the election office
You need to go to the election office of the city of Nice with a photocopy (front/back) of your ID and proof of residence along with its copy (Property tax, housing tax, income tax, etc.).
A removal certificate will be issued to you along with a template for an official re-registration request letter for the electoral rolls.
Step Two: The official request to be submitted at Palais Rusca
Once you have all your documents (ID and its front/back copy, proof of residence and its copy, removal certificate, and the official letter to the judge), you must go to Palais Rusca to finalize your re-registration.
