Review of the Little One:
Flamed tarts, sauerkraut, Munster cheese, white wine… our little one seems to have found a small piece of Alsace on our French Riviera. Upon entering this friendly restaurant with its rustic decor, he was charmed by the proprietor’s welcome. The latter admitted to having found his Alsatian stork. Behind the stove, this stork is simmering typically Alsatian dishes (braised pork knuckle au gratin with Munster, spรคtzle gratin with smoked bacon and Munster…) made from regional products. Here, everything is homemade, right up to the desserts.
