The Members of Parliament have voted to reinstate the legal advertisement requirement for the transfer of business assets.
Following the Bloche Law No. 2016_1524 of November 14, 2016, in its Article 21 with immediate effect:
THE OBLIGATION FOR A PURCHASER OF BUSINESS ASSETS TO PUBLISH THE TRANSFER OF SAID ASSETS in an authorized legal announcement journal is reinstated.
The publication in a legal announcement journal must be made within fifteen days of the sale or contribution of the business assets, at the diligence of the purchaser or the beneficiary company of the contribution.
It should be noted that the legal announcement journal must be authorized to receive legal announcements in the district or department where the business is operated.

Finally, a second legal publication in the BODACC must always be carried out within the same timeframe.
