Abandoned, the Rotonde du Rouret, built in the 1960s, had become a place of insalubrity, squatting, and trafficking, particularly difficult to access for police and emergency services.
This operation will allow for the area to be rediscovered as an open, pleasant place to live, faithful to its history and open to the future.
