The Niçoise Cuisine Collective, Radio Emotion, and the Multari bakery invite you to the 2020 Carnival Ganses Contest. On Saturday, February 22, at the Multari bakery (8 Bd Jean Jaurès) at 3 p.m.
Everyone is invited to participate, professionals or amateurs. To register for free, you must provide your first and last name, address, age, and phone number before Wednesday, February 19, at the following email address: cuisine.nicoise06@gmail.com
Ten candidates will be selected. They will need to arrive on February 22 with their ganses, previously prepared at home and presented in the most beautiful or original way (there will be a presentation score).
They will then present their creations to a jury composed of Niçoise cuisine specialists (André Giordan, Luc Salsedo, Jean-Luc Mekersi, and many others), who will evaluate the taste, method, and presentation of the dish before declaring the King or Queen of the 2020 carnival ganses.
This will also be the occasion for the transfer of authority between Franck Viano, founder of the Niçoise Cuisine Collective, and Aurélien Maiolino, the new head of the Collective.
