As a leading road safety advocate for young people in the department, G-ADDICTION Intercampus is sounding the alarm to mobilize public opinion.
This activity is dangerous and irresponsible: #KikiChallenge, Filming with your phone while driving is playing with your life. Not watching the road to take on this challenge makes you a real public hazard. Taking off your seatbelt while driving can sometimes be fatal.
This phenomenon can injure and kill, affecting not only the drivers involved but also other road users.
Internet users always want to do crazier things, and the internet encourages this one-upmanship.
We are therefore organizing a response on social media by sharing content and creating a Facebook page and a Twitter account, “Stop the KikiChallenge, break the chain.”
We are launching the #InMySafetyChallenge and taking a different approach by raising awareness among drivers about road hazards at traffic lights in city centers and at the exits of shopping center parking lots.
