This Tuesday, Ruff & Associates is acquiring the accounting firm Experts & Associates South, based in Sophia-Antipolis (Place Bermond). This initiative aims to strengthen the closeness with Ruff & Associates’ clients by offering a sixth strategic location on the French Riviera.
The Nice-based firm, Ruff & Associates, announced the acquisition of Experts & Associates South, a renowned partner in the field of accounting expertise founded in 2005 by Isabelle Desens. Over the years, its team has developed recognized expertise with a hundred clients whom they support in their projects for creation, takeover, and day-to-day management of their companies.

Ruff & Associates now relies on more than sixty highly qualified employees, including six partners. The firm offers a wide range of services: accounting, taxation, social/HR, management consulting and development strategy, auditing and statutory audit, business evaluation, personal and real estate taxation.
