After a mixed start, despite clearly displayed playing intentions, the Niçois quickly took the lead against Monteux yesterday afternoon. The red and black, unstoppable in front of their home crowd, scored 10 tries in this match, for a final victory with a score of… 64 to 5!
A second consecutive bonus victory that allows the team to position itself in 3rd place in the pool, 4 points behind Beaurepaire and Grasse who both narrowly won, with the first defeating CARF (24-19) and the latter securing an offensive bonus against Châteaurenard (33-16). A neighboring team, Grasse, currently appears as the favorite at the top of Pool 3, sharing the leader’s seat with Beaurepaire.
