Patrick Allemand officially contacted the mayor of Nice by letter following a persistent rumor about the upcoming closure of the Ponchettes and Marine galleries.
“I have thus asked Christian Estrosi to inform me about the future of these two galleries,” declared the leader of the opposition group Another Future for Nice, justifying his action: “These galleries have also allowed many local artists, as well as those from elsewhere, to be revealed to the general public.”
