The talent is not a matter of age, and the young pianist Thomas Dupont proves it to us. This young musician from the French Riviera is at the beginning of a very promising career.
Born on December 16, 1994, in Nice, he began playing the piano at the age of six at the conservatory in Cagnes-sur-Mer, then at the age of twelve entered the Conservatoire National ร Rayonnement Rรฉgional de Nice where he also took courses in harmony, analysis, and composition.
He has been a laureate several times at the Claude Khan National Competition and won the first prize unanimously at the advanced level of the Delbert Fรฉvrier International Competition.
In May, he just obtained his Diploma of Musical Studies in piano, with high honors, unanimously with the jury’s congratulations, and is currently preparing to enter the National Conservatory of Music in Paris.
Thomas Dupont will perform works by Ravel, Beethoven, and Chopin.
