The 26th Fête du Terroir will be held tomorrow, Saturday, September 1st at the Place de la Résistance, Avenue du 11 Novembre, and Layet Park from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Organized in collaboration with the St. Laurent Agricultural Union, the Laurentian Lion’s Club, and the European Academy of Graphic Plastic and Photographic Arts, this festival will allow you to discover the riches and flavors of the Azurian terroir.
Through the 53 stands present, one will discover charcuterie, confectionery, vegetables, fruits, and other local products that delight gourmets. Children will also be part of the celebration with many activities and cooking workshops allowing them to get hands-on, particularly by making the famous “Pan Bagnat sucré” which helped Franck win the Nice edition of Un Dîner Presque Parfait, or by tasting the delicious cupcakes by the lively Laurentian Noémie, a brilliant contestant from the last edition of Top Chef.
Do not miss this year the participation of Noémie (Top Chef), Xavier (Master Chef), Franck (Un Dîner Presque Parfait) who will offer cooking demonstrations for the great pleasure of both the young and the old:
Franck Viano (Un Dîner Presque Parfait): “Pan Bagnat Salés et Sucrés” from 11:30 AM to 12 PM and from 6 PM to 6:30 PM (Children’s Workshop)
