Sainte-Agnès, located in the Alpes-Maritimes, remains the highest village in Europe at an altitude of 800 meters. Next February 2, it will host the 13th Monte Carlo Historic Rally. This stopover village marks a return to traditions. Originally, the rally passed through Sainte-Agnès. Three hundred drivers will take the Col de la Madone to Saint Siméon, passing by the Col des Banquettes. This rally offers the opportunity to travel through time: the drivers will board legendary cars. Among them, the Citroën 2 CV, the Morgan 4-4, and the Berkeley B90.

Quite a program

– Starting at 7:30 PM, works by Françoise Conconi will be on sale. She won the Rally of Spain, the Tour de France Automobile, and the Lyon-Charbonnières rally. She wrote the book “Rallys; anecdotes and real stories.” Yvon Amiel, an illustrator passionate about motorsport since he was a child, will accompany her. His book “Antoine the Driver” will also be available. This will be followed by a signing session. Several personalities from the motorsport world will be present.

– From 8:30 PM, the start of the final night of the Monte Carlo Historic Rally will be given.

– During the evening, you can admire “The Monte Carlo Rally through the ages” through photographs and the screening of vintage films.

A splendid evening in perspective. A catering service will be at your disposal as well as various stalls, including the official shop of the Automobile Club of Monaco. So do not hesitate to reconnect with the traditions.
