Second Term for Philippe Renaudi at UPE06: Change in Continuity

Latest News

Philippe Renaudi will serve a second term as head of UPE 07, the employers’ organization of the department.

The Board of Directors voted for him with 84% of its members in agreement. A great satisfaction for this construction industry leader.

“I am proud of the result of this vote, which expresses my colleagues’ support for the work accomplished,” he stated during a press conference.

The outgoing and reconfirmed president highlighted a few elements of his track record: a significant increase in members, quality exchanges and collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) – whose president, Jean-Pierre Savarino, comes from UPE06 -, and his participation in the Growth and Territories Commission of the Medef, where he particularly focuses on mobility.

With the activity report done, Philippe Renaudi looks to the future. There are plenty of challenges ahead, and it’s not in his style to shirk them.

Embarking on a second and final term

“Many things remain unfinished, hence my desire to continue the mission entrusted to me in 2016 and thus allow me to better imprint the UPE06’s influence on our Azurean territory, regionally and nationally.”

“Embarking on a second and ‘final term’ means for me continuing the policy implemented in 2016. However, it is necessary to bring new momentum and propose new areas of work. These must be finalized at the right time to best meet the expectations of businesses,” – this will be the guiding principle of his action.

The election (formal yet necessary) will take place in late spring.
