This session offers a support program for business leaders in the Alpes-Maritimes in their transfer strategy on December 7 and 14, 2009, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
This short and operational initiative addresses the fundamental questions to consider in this type of operation:
– How to value the business?
– What asset and tax orientations should be chosen?
– How to prepare the transfer project and develop its action plan?
As part of this program, concrete answers are provided to future transferors with the support of specialized consultants. This action is supported by the Nice Côte d’Azur Urban Community and the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur Region.
