Until October 31st, the Nice branch of the Regional Council is hosting the 13th edition of the Mediterranean Photography Festival. The spotlight is on two photographers, André MARZUK and Véronique CHAMPOLLION.
This year, Sept Off is turning towards the Mediterranean horizon with Nice as its home port and the Mediterranean Sea basin as its destination, encompassing its ports, cultures, inhabitants, and the common concerns that connect them. This edition focuses on exchange, travel, and Mediterranean multiculturalism.

“The primary reason for the timeless voyages from port to port around the Mediterranean Sea is trade exchange. In my view, it carries a unique, intense, vital life, as it involves exchanging the most essential goods for living. I propose a confrontation: five photographic triptychs of market stalls from Tunisia juxtaposed with five from Nice.”
