Since the beginning of the lockdown, the Department of Alpes-Maritimes has implemented measures to best facilitate the daily lives of residents and ensure the continuity of public service while protecting its users and staff.
The Department wishes to remind that for students whose families do not have computer equipment at home, the schools are able to provide tablets, property of the Department, free of charge in the form of a loan. This is to ensure the continuation of educational continuity via the Digital Workspace (ENT) or through CNED.
Additionally, the Alpes-Maritimes Departmental Council has set up a dedicated telephone line for parents of middle school students who encounter computer issues. A technician will respond to their questions regarding access issues to the ENT or more broadly for digital advice via the following number:
- 04 89 04 24 00 from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
