Throughout the month of August, the association “La Bande ร Mikuy” is organizing guided tours of the Libรฉration Market in Nice with chefs. It’s an opportunity to get to know the place better and discover what you can find there.
The initiative is free and starts on Thursday, August 10. It provides a different and more precise view of the market, as well as the regional products presented there. A moment for exchanges and tips on cooking, eating better, and seasonally.
Following this, a culinary demonstration will be offered at the Pastis de Nice store on Vernier Street. Guest chefs and food blogger Mikuy will create a recipe before your eyes using ingredients from the market. Participants can leave with the recipe’s technical sheet, to reproduce it step by step at home.
