This summer, Sidaction has launched a quiz on its website that allows users to test their knowledge about AIDS.
The quiz was set up to reach and raise awareness among internet users about the dangers of AIDS and to encourage them to use condoms.
The questionnaire consists of 4 different sets of questions that will be tested alternately each week.
– Quiz 1: until August 15
– Quiz 2: from August 16 to August 29
– Quiz 3: from August 30 to September 12
– Quiz 4: from September 13 to September 26
In France, the AIDS figures are still too high with 150,000 people carrying HIV. However, the percentage that is very worrying is that of people who have declared AIDS while not knowing they are seropositive, with an average of 47%. Finally, the average age of those infected by the disease is just around 40 years.
The Sidaction association, formerly known as Ensemble Contre le Sida (ECS), was founded in 1994. It was formed from a collective of associations, researchers, and doctors united with the aim of raising funds and providing support to HIV/AIDS victims. The association decides that the money will go equally to the associations and to research.
