Muriel Marland-Militello, President of the Parliamentary Study Group “Associative Life and Volunteering,” is pleased with the Parliament’s adoption of the associative pre-majority. She advocated for this idea in a bill submitted on May 11th.
In this European Year of Volunteering, it is a strong signal to remove barriers to associative involvement for young people, supporting them in their desire to realize their ideas, to engage in a project that serves others, and to experience taking on responsibilities.
