Skills sponsorship: a way for the Côte d’Azur Regional Olympic Committee and the Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur to strengthen their partnership!

Latest News

The Regional Olympic and Sports Committee of the Côte d’Azur and the Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur, already partners in numerous fields — notably in support of disabled sports and in the artistic domain — have signed a skills sponsorship agreement making a senior employee of the bank available to the Committee for half a day per week for one year.

Signed by Alain KOUBI and Jean-Claude CREQUIT, respectively President of the Regional Olympic and Sports Committee of the Côte d’Azur and Chairman of the Management Board of the Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur, in the presence of Christophe BIZOT, Director of Human Resources Development at the Banking Institution, this agreement concerns Mr. Jean-Luc BAUDET, an employee of the bank and also President of the Ligue de handball de la Côte d’Azur.

This employee is made available to the Regional Olympic Committee free of charge for half a day per week over a renewable one-year period. He will thus be able to apply his managerial skills and human qualities to the benefit of sports, while remaining an employee of the bank.

Indeed, under a collective agreement relating to Strategic Workforce Planning and Skills Development, the Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur has defined an action plan in favor of senior employment for 2012/2014.

One of the actions aims to allow employees over the age of 58 to engage, during their working hours, in sponsorship activities for local associations operating in the field of general interest.
