The city of Nice implements and supports numerous initiatives encouraging young people to engage in sports. Indeed, sports are an excellent means of integration.
Thus, the municipality partners with SolidarSport, which is organizing an awareness event for children on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at the Thérèse Roméo school to teach values such as respect for others, oneself, rules, the environment, and more.
Two hundred children from the schools Thérèse Roméo 1 and 2, Auber, and Ronchèse in Nice, divided into 20 teams each consisting of 10 girls and boys, will participate in various workshops: tennis, environment, first aid, dance, painting, calligraphy, etc.
This is an opportunity for all these children to gather in a friendly atmosphere and share moments characterized by solidarity.
