On the occasion of Halloween, the National Sports Museum opens its doors to children for an evening of play, excitement, and thrills. Wearing pajamas is, of course, mandatory!
Evening program:
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Well-played | Exhibition games tour “Play!” Discover the history of sports games and toys in a unique and active way with our life-size game specially designed for the exhibition. Equipped with giant dice and pieces to move, children compete in a game of goose and explore the exhibition. Anecdotes, riddles about the collections, sports challenges, and unexpected twists await.
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Picnic meals in the museum spaces
8:30 PM – 10 PM: From wood to virtual… and other surprises From the playground to the family room, sports toys have established themselves as a practice in their own right for over a century. In the workshop, children design their old-time toys using recycled materials. For this special evening, a Halloween atmosphere is guaranteed.
At the end of the evening, children are invited to try a century of sports toys. From the cup-and-ball game to the virtual reality headset, through board games, may the best win!
