From this Wednesday until Friday, the Museum of Sport and the Faculty of Sports Sciences are organizing, for the fourth time, meetings focused on the sports heritage and memory of sports. For three days, round tables, debates, and visits will be on the agenda, with numerous testimonies from current and retired athletes.
Because sports and its history have no limits, its heritage is vast and its memory intact. The University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, the Faculty of Sports Sciences, and the Museum of Sports, the initiators of the “Meetings on Sports Heritage and Sports Memory,” offer three days of conferences, testimonies, book signings, and visits.
On this occasion, many athletes will be present, including Yves Cordier (European Triathlon Champion and organizer of the Nice Ironman), Sébastien Camus (Ultra-trail runner and sports coach), Stéphane Benoist (Mountaineer and high mountain guide), and Fabien Barel (Mountain biker, downhill world champion).
