Christian Estrosi met with real estate professionals and discussed with them the overall state of the real estate market, its evolution, and the prospects generated by projects undertaken in Nice and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis.
Following this meeting, the mayor of Nice issued this statement: “The real estate professionals present unanimously highlighted the unmistakable and significant upgrade of the city thanks to the investments made, such as the Promenade du Paillon, the embellishment and securing of the Promenade des Anglais, and the development of the Eco-Valley. Everyone also acknowledged the enhancement of several Nice neighborhoods thanks to the arrival of the tramway. They also emphasized the growing attractiveness of Nice and its ability to host and organize major cultural and sporting events, which contributes to the dynamism of the real estate market.”
