From Friday, May 6 to Sunday, May 8, Carros will host the Strawberry and Local Flavors Festival.
An unmissable event in Carros’ festivities, the strawberry and local flavors festival will enliven the town throughout the weekend of May 8, which promises to be particularly flavorful.
The public will be able to taste and buy the famous strawberries from the Carros region and participate in numerous activities:

2:30 PM-5:30 PM: Culinary workshops for children led by Didier Barbier, chef of the restaurant Crystal d’Or, member of “Les Toques Brulées”

Evening of pistou soup with music, including a So Jazz concert followed by the Europa group
