The traditional Gala of the Lenval Ladies’ Committee took place at the Nice Acropolis Convention Center with more than 400 attendees.
Many prominent figures from the department, institutions, banks, companies, laboratories, and service providers, not to mention private individuals, were present to support the actions of the Lenval Ladies.
Thanks to the generosity and support of the participants, the proceeds from the Lenval Ladies’ Gala allow for an annual allocation of between 95,000 and 120,000 euros to Lenval’s children.
The proceeds from the 2016 gala will fund two important projects:
Funding for a ventilator intended for the operating room, valued at €35,000
A visual field device for the ophthalmology department with a budget of €25,000
As well as various workshops and therapeutic projects that improve the daily lives of young patients: maintenance of internet service and loan of tablets with the Blouses Roses, weekly visits from the clowns of the Théodora association in the pediatric medicine department, annual workshops of equine therapy and canyoning climbing, participation in the Christmas festivities for hospitalized children, etc.
During dinner, the raffle awarded many prizes.
