From July 14, 2022, to August 21, 2022, there will be numerous summer activities in Monaco. We’re here to give you an overview of what’s planned on the Rock of Monaco, and more specifically at Port Hercule.
Sporting Activities
In Monaco, sports are celebrated all year round. This summer, everything is in place to allow everyone to engage in sporting activities.
Basketball
The country provides two basketball courts. One is for adults, and the other, inflatable, is reserved for children.
- When: every day, from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
- For whom: adults and children
Swimming
Swim in an Olympic size pool, outdoors. The Rainier III Nautical Stadium offers you the opportunity to enjoy its facilities. Swimming lanes for athletes and an open area for non-athletes. Diving boards and slides are also present in this enormous pool at Port Hercule. You can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas for the day.
- When: Monday from 7:00 AM to 5:40 PM, Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:40 PM, and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 7:40 PM
- For whom: All public
- Price: starting at €4.80 for Monegasque residents and €6 for others
Summer Activities for Children in Monaco
Crazy Kart
Let the children push themselves on small electric karts that can spin in place during thrilling races.
- When: from July 18
- Hours: from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (on fireworks nights, until 8:00 PM)
- For whom: from 3 years old
Carousel
The traditional carousel returns to the Monaco port, much to the delight of both children and adults.
- When: from July 14
- Hours: from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (on fireworks nights, until 8:00 PM)
e-moto
Allow your child to assert their balance with the balance bikes offered.
- When: every day from 3:00 PM to midnight (on fireworks nights, until 8:00 PM)
- For whom: children aged 3 to 8 years
Fireworks Evenings
Although the Monaco Art en Ciel competition will not take place this year, two fireworks displays are scheduled this summer in Monaco. You can then enjoy musical evenings, with a DJ present for the first night and a disco night scheduled for the second.
- When: Saturdays, July 30 and August 13, at 10:00 PM
