Saturday, August 20
– 8:00 AM: doors open, registration, and participant welcome.
– 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM: parking and distribution of cars on-site
– 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: welcome aperitif offered to registrants
- 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: free lunch with availability on site (food stands on site or nearby, as preferred)
– 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: activities for adults and children on-site
– 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: aperitif
– 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: free dinner with availability on site (food stands on site or nearby, as preferred)
– 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM: nighttime parade by the sea (Porte de France, Promenade du Soleil, Cap Martin, and returning to the site)
– 10:00 PM to end: free nighttime show, musical entertainment, various performances themed around VW with public participation possible (adults and children), large screen with a sneak preview presentation of the most beautiful vehicles of the weekend.
– Sunday, August 21
– 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM: breakfast offered to registrants
– 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: show and shine setup, around 10:00 AM, a caravan of about ten cars will go to collect disabled residents from the Léo Mazon center in collaboration with “Cox du Coeur” to include them in the Sun Beach VW.
– 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: aperitif offered by sponsors to participants
– 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM: free lunch with availability on site (food stand present on site or nearby as preferred)
– 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: departure for the most beautiful VW parade on the riviera (Porte de France, Promenade du Soleil, Cap Martin, and returning to the site)
– 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: activities, sexy car wash (men and women) around the VW
– 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: awards ceremony for the weekend (top 20, various awards, and thank-you awards)
