The FNAIM Côte d’Azur launches Syndic Connect, a free smartphone app designed for the real-time reception of information sent by an FNAIM-approved property manager intended for the occupants (co-owners or tenants) of the residences they manage.

Designed and developed for property managers, this user-friendly platform has been tested and validated in a property management office:
1. Place a small, fully autonomous transmitter in the building entrance.
2. Encourage residents (via flyers and emails) to download the Syndic Connect app for free on their smartphones.
3. Create the message, select its recipients (co-owners and/or residents), and send it with just a few clicks.
Informing residents becomes child’s play: in just three minutes, they can instantly transmit information to their residents, whatever the type of message, whether in a targeted or group send.
The result? It ensures a saving of travel time, information delivered at the right moment, and guarantees resident satisfaction.
For now, the app is being tested in the Alpes-Maritimes department before likely being rolled out more widely. More than 10,000 residences, buildings, or estates are concerned in the Côte d’Azur.
