The club’s general meeting will take place on September 16 at the ANIS hotel in Nice, starting at 7:30 PM. Among the topics will be the project for the future dedicated venue, which is currently at a standstill, the commitment of the 15 teams that will compete in the championship this year, and finally, the measures implemented to reach the symbolic milestone of 1,000 members.
PRO B: NICE CPC recruits 2 players
For the 5th consecutive year, NICE CPC is fielding a team in the PRO category, the top division, and the summer break was used to recruit two players to sustain the club’s ambitions in this category.
These players are Marcos Madrid, the number 1 Mexican player, 21 years old (a young right-handed international player with high potential), and David Zombori, the number 3 Hungarian player (ranked 68 in France, left-handed), who will join two long-standing club players who remain very popular with fans: Anthony Gรฉminiani and Anthony Pรฉretti.
They will be coached by Cรฉdric ROULEAU.
The public can see them in action for their first match against the MOREZ JURA club on Tuesday, September 13 at the Raoul Dufy venue at 7:30 PM (the team became the French national 1 champion last season).
It is also with very legitimate satisfaction that NICE CPC is competing this year for the first time in the women’s pre-national division with players trained at the club.
Under the leadership of its new president, Julien Fraudeau, the club has also hired a communication and marketing manager, Leslie GASPARD, who has already scheduled several free events to which all sports enthusiasts, former players or beginners, have been cordially invited.
Thus, an “Open House” event will be held during club hours every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5 to 9 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM, and a “Neighbors’ Tournament” open to all, on September 17. Starting at 9:30 AM.
