This initiative, supported by CANCA and the Regional Council of Paca, offers potential business owners a structured approach through a specialized support program.
Two dates are offered on June 19th and 26th (pre-registration required). The aim is to provide future business owners with a one-day framing workshop to structure the acquisition process and define their targets.
Depending on the needs of each project holder, it is possible to join a support program that includes:
Two specialized modules: searching for target businesses and assessing their development potentials / evaluating the business to be acquired and anticipating the terms of negotiation.
Individual support provided by professionals: Integration into the network of technical and financial partners.
Objective: Diagnose the target company, evaluate and negotiate its purchase, execute the legal and financial setup, successfully take over and manage the activity, and train in business leadership.
The support is adaptable according to the needs of the project holder, with the option to undertake the complete cycle (2 modules) or to customize the program based on the project’s progress.
The program is aimed at anyone (job seekers, employees, business owners) who wishes to receive professional support in their business acquisition process.
