On Friday, November 26, at 9 PM, at the Maison pour tous in Contes, the Espace Art et Culture association invites you to rediscover “Les 4 Barbues.”
Forty years ago, “Les Quatre Barbus,” a whimsical and exhilarating French vocal group in the style of the Frรจres Jacques, disbanded.
With the company “Une petite voix m’a dit,” they return to us “without facial hair,” in skirts or dresses, and with, how to say… voluptuous shapes!
Yes indeed, “Les 4 Barbues” is a 100% feminine musical show where the heritage of French songs is revisited without inhibition.
With the irresistible vocal and stage talent and the sense of humor of Angรฉlique Bรจs, Oriane Pons, Isabelle Servol, Sabine Venaruzzo, and Elodie Vรฉlia on piano, it will at times be distorted classical music, at other times poetic and engaged songs, and sometimes children’s rhymes.
With texts by Pierre Dac, Francis Blanche, and Boris Vian, this contemporary satire in the pure tradition of past chansonniers will color your evening.
“Les 4 Barbues,” a musical show for all audiences.
Reservations at 06 73 01 55 91.
(Prices: 8 euros, 5 euros for ages 14-18, and free for younger children).
