Changes in Temporary Employment Numbers: In July 2018, temporary employment increased in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (+2.6% compared to 2017).
The majority of sectors are on the rise: construction (+8.8%), transportation (+7.0%), industry (+3.0%), and services (+0.8%) have seen an increase in their temporary workforce. In contrast, there is a decline in the commerce sector (-8.3%).
Distribution of Temporary Workforce: Managers and intermediate professions (+6.6%), skilled workers (+5.1%), and unskilled workers (+1.8%) have seen an increase in their temporary workforce numbers. However, there is a decrease among employees (-4.4%).
