Mrs. Ghislaine Carlin, daughter-in-law of Mrs. Anna Carlin, a resident at the Veterans’ Retirement Home, wished to donate paintings she created to the residence.
Ten works (marine, landscapes, portraits…) will be placed in the common areas of the residence, such as the entrance hall, floor lounges, etc., for the pleasure of the residents and their visiting families.
Mrs. Ghislaine Carlin offers here, beyond remarkable works, a true passion to share.
The Nice Municipal Social Action Center manages four Retirement Homes, intended for elderly people experiencing loss of autonomy. Equipped with medical and paramedical staff, they are approved by the State and the General Council of Alpes-Maritimes (Social Assistance, Personalized Autonomy Allowance). Located in the city, they mostly consist of recently renovated single rooms.
A nursing and paramedical staff provides daily assistance and care, and residents maintain the freedom to choose their doctor, in coordination with the facility’s coordinating physician.
