The first “Nice Cool & Green” festival, organized by a collective of associations in partnership with the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, will take place this weekend on the Promenade du Paillon.
This event represents the first concrete action of a large-scale partnership devoted to positive solutions in the face of climate change. It brings together, in one place, the services of the Metropolis and the City of Nice, companies, academics, and associations to inform, demonstrate, and involve the general public by fostering social connections. This includes parents and children, those who wish to learn eco-friendly habits to adopt daily, and those who wish to strengthen an already initiated eco-responsible approach.
120 workshops and debates and around forty conferences will be offered focusing on four main issues: combating climate change, protecting biodiversity, responsible production and consumption, and better living together.
