The city of Nice, UNICEF, and around forty associative and institutional partners are celebrating the 10th edition of Children’s Rights Week from Wednesday, November 20th to Wednesday, November 27th. The complete program and the kick-off will be held this Wednesday at the Opéra de Nice*.
Around the International Day of the Rights of the Child on November 20th, partners are offering around forty activities (including thirty open to the public) for all children aged 18 months to 18 years and their families.
Exhibitions, writing, creative, and artistic workshops, activities, storytelling, meetings, conferences, debates, quizzes, readings, shows, sports relays, film screenings…
This year’s theme is the “right to well-being”.
The show “Brundibár” will be offered for free at the opening of the event on Wednesday, November 20th at 3 PM.
This work, composed by Hans Krasá, is performed by the Children’s Choir of the Nice Côte d’Azur Opera and produced in collaboration with the association Nemo g.e.i.e., a European music consortium.
A second performance will take place on Saturday, November 23 at 3 PM at Chantier Sang Neuf.
