The 16th edition of the Entreprenariales, organized by UPE06, will take place on November 30th at Allianz Riviera – Stade de Nice, on the theme “The Virtues of Trust and Collective Intelligence.” The aim of this event is to provide business leaders, in a single location and over the course of one day, with all the necessary information for managing and creating their company, thus enabling them to find concrete solutions to their development and management challenges.

Why was the title “The Virtues of Trust and Collective Intelligence” chosen as the guiding theme of the day?
“Contrary to popular belief, the main driver of business performance is neither strategy, nor structure, nor techniques. It is an intangible and difficult-to-quantify factor: trust. The fact is business leaders must have confidence in themselves, their teams, their projects. They must also have faith in the future, in the market, in technological progress, and… of course, in the governance of their country and its territories,” responded Bruno Valentin, Vice-President of UPE06 and the event organizer.
Before affirming to further explain: “But while trust has the power to be a catalyst for economic development, it is also a fundamental element in the relationships we establish with others.
For a manager, giving trust to their collaborators means stimulating collective intelligence within the company and unleashing the potential of teams by giving meaning to each person’s work. This is for the greatest benefit of all, as we know from Aristotle, “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
