On the occasion of the 19th edition of the Très Court International Film Festival, the municipality is organizing an evening of screening of the short films in competition at the Georges Brassens theater this June 9th at 8:30 PM.
About thirty films, each with a maximum duration of 4 minutes, will be presented.
It’s an opportunity for filmmakers to tell a story, to make a point by focusing on the essentials, in order to create an immediate impact on the viewer. Various subjects will be covered throughout this rich and varied program, ranging from reflections on Cinema itself to explorations of the current world, evoking laughter and tenderness as well as astonishment and fright.
At the end of the screening, spectators will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite short film.
This audience award, granted around the world, will complement the other prizes awarded by the jury, which is chaired this year by the French filmmaker, Nicolas Boukhrief.
