On Wednesday, March 25, Carrefour and Carrefour Market in Nice are opening their doors to young people and offering them employment prospects. The aim of this day is to present the 120 jobs offered by the brand, recruitment opportunities, and prospects for career advancement and internal promotion.
At the two Carrefour stores, Nice TNL and Lingostière, the managers are looking for nearly forty young people to be trained in retail professions through professional training contracts.
Carrefour also allows young graduates from engineering and management schools to join the “Graduate Program,” an individualized training program over several years combining theory and operational experience; this training provides them access to high-responsibility positions such as hypermarket, supermarket, or warehouse manager.
Stands will be run by employees in Carrefour hypermarkets and Carrefour Market supermarkets. On this day, young people will be able to receive advice on their career projects at Carrefour, learn about the jobs offered in stores, headquarters, and warehouses, as well as within the Carrefour Banque agencies, and the training programs Carrefour can assist them with.
