The 1st World Cuisine and Flavors Fair will be held from October 23 to 25 in Nice at the Palais des Expositions.
On the menu, tastings, entertainment, discoveries, and live gastronomic workshops with local chefs. Over 2,000 square meters dedicated to indulgence and French and Niçoise gastronomy.
Many activities will punctuate the event, and themed villages will transport you to the heart of the tropics for a complete change of scenery. Contests will be organized offering many prizes to win, and cooking classes in partnership with the Master Restaurateurs of the Alpes-Maritimes.
The World Cuisine and Flavors Fair will be an opportunity for a festive family outing.
On the menu for the three days: cooking classes in the morning and culinary demonstrations in the afternoon. On-site catering is planned, and entertainment will start at 2:30 PM.
In the spotlight, more exotic dishes and the staples of French and Niçoise cuisine, all accompanied by tropical-themed activities and typically local flavors. A true summer break in the middle of October!
Brazilian, Polynesian, and Creole villages will take you on a gustatory journey during this gourmet weekend.
Les Toques Brûlées (David & Noëlle Faure for L’Aphrodite, Aurelien Nourry for Le Millesime, Takayuki Kamiya for the restaurant Hangoût, and Laurence Duperthuy-Stramigioli for Notes de cuisine et Variations Gourmandes) will perform their show on Sunday, accompanied by Franck Viano (winner of Un Dîner Presque Parfait), and the chefs of the Fraternelle des Cuisiniers. A spectacle of tradition and taste for an afternoon not to be missed.
A “bread workshop” space for children and a training area for culinary trades will also be offered by UMIH and CCI.
The World Cuisine and Flavors Fair opens its doors from 10 AM to 7 PM, October 23-24 and 25, and entry is free for those under 12. Free parking spaces (Parc Vauban) will be available for easy access.
