Organized by the Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee of the Alpes-Maritimes in partnership with the departmental council and the departmental directorate of social cohesion, this great free sports initiation event will take place on Monday, August 13 in Guillaumes.
It is intended for children and teenagers aged 4 to 14, and to participate, you simply need to go to the Champs de foire from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
In Guillaumes, young people will be able to participate in a multitude of sports activities: athletics, baseball, fencing, golf, gymnastics – trampoline, judo, pétanque, boule sports, rural sports, table tennis, volleyball.
The Sports Caravan aims in particular to impart the Olympic values of respect, friendship, and excellence. To this end, workshops are set up at the “Red Card to Violence” stand along with various games, contests, and activities on the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Educational and cultural games at the National Sports Museum presentation stand. Introduction to life-saving techniques: Alongside the fire brigade from Alpes-Maritimes (SDIS06), learn these first aid gestures that can make all the difference. (Call 112, perform CPR, use a defibrillator, apply a tourniquet…)
And prevention on addictive behaviors with the BPDJ.
