For the 21st consecutive year, the Beekeepers of Provence are taking over the village of Mouans-Sartoux for the unmissable regional Honey Festival!

On the agenda: workshops, games, and introductions to discover beekeeping in an educational way while having fun and escaping! A day undoubtedly marked by indulgence, discoveries, and surprises. Spotlight on.


An introductory beekeeping tour and numerous educational and free beekeeping activities will be offered for both children and adults.

To learn more about the profession of beekeeping, visitors will be able to, throughout the day:

discover an exhibition on beekeeping and regional honeys

visit a stand dedicated to honey extraction

observe the Apimobile, a real moving hive with transparent walls

participate in the game “In the Skin of a Beekeeper: Find the Queen!”

To fully understand the range and aromatic intensity of Provence honeys, gourmets can take part in an introduction to honey tasting, which will take place from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm (a session every 45 minutes approximately).

The 21st edition of the Mouans-Sartoux Honey Festival promises to be colorful and flavorful, with the presence of circus performers and street musicians, further enhancing this educational, friendly, and gastronomic day full of festivities!
