As every year, the Raid EDHEC, which started on May 28th on Lake Castillon, concluded this Sunday on the famous Promenade des Anglais within a sport and nature village. Nature sports enthusiasts and curious onlookers were in attendance under the Nice sun.
After 5 days of sporting challenges, the men’s team STME crossed the finish line first at 12:30 PM, closely followed by X-bionic.
By 1:45 PM, all 20 teams in the race had arrived at the village to enjoy the relaxation area dedicated to them and discover the stands of our partners.
The “Eddys team de mort” won the eco-friendly trophy organized by the association’s environment department. The “Endurance Shop – The strongest in the world” team won the trophy for ambiance for their good spirit throughout the event.
Regarding the overall ranking, the X-bionic team climbed to the top of the podium after a grueling 23 hours and 46 minutes race, while the ERTIPS team secured the second place with just a 23-minute gap.
The teams Issy Aventure-Lupine and Raidlinks’07 managed to achieve the 3rd and 4th places respectively with less than an hour and a half gap from the leaders after an intense competition throughout the event.
The Ieseg Outdoor team won the student trophy with a time of 61 hours and 25 minutes.
