With an extremely rich program, the 2007 meeting promises to be thrilling, highlighted by the Scene It evening event taking place on Friday night for which you can still register. Numerous tournaments will enrich the four days of this edition. Whether it’s checkers, bridge, Scrabble, or not forgetting video games, everyone will find an activity that appeals to them.
The festival has not yet started, but already the first awards have been distributed. The Golden Ace/Game of the Year 2007 for adults was awarded to “Sweep”, a board game that puts you in control of a flying witch’s broom that you must pilot with daring and skill. For children, “The Night of the Magicians” won the award.
The 10,000 square meters of space will host dozens of publishers, creators, and manufacturers who will welcome you with great pleasure to show you games, each different from the others.
You will also have the opportunity to test a brand new game, Deluxe Camping, which its creator Vincent Everaert is presenting at the festival.
Meanwhile, the Fan Festival opens from Friday to Sunday to offer sneak peeks, signings, cosplay, screenings, shops, consoles, PCs, a kids’ area… of video games or manga.
