The challenge brings together, as it does every year and throughout the day at the UFR STAPS Gymnasium, the 27 sections of the OJN by age category. Nearly 800 children aged 3 to 11 who practice throughout the year with the OJN in the various gymnasiums of the city’s schools.

Among them will be the 5 champions who showcase the cityโ€™s colors at the highest level: Loรฏc PIETRI, world champion under 81 kg in 2013, Lucas OTMANE, 2018 French champion under 73 kg, Sacha FLAMENT, vice-champion of France under 73 kg, Maxime GOBERT, French Cadet champion who has just joined INSEP, Lili NGUYEN, vice-champion of France Cadette.

Created in 1996, the OJN is the leading club of the PACA league and is chaired by Mohamed OTMANE. Judo, a major sport in Nice, represents a total of 2,500 registered members in the city of Nice.
