Launched on Tuesday, March 4th, at the Paul Augier High School in Nice with evaluations in “Cuisine,” the “One of the Best Apprentices in France” competition concluded at the departmental level this Monday with an award ceremony for Titles and Medals (52 gold, 35 silver, and 29 bronze) honoring young people in the professional pathway, training institutions, companies, partners, and the Best Craftsmen of France who have been organizing the competition for 34 years.

This year, for the 34th edition of the “One of the Best Apprentices in France” competition, 24 institutions presented 179 candidates in 35 trades for the departmental trials.
